Returns and Refunds Policy

We expect that you should never need to use this returns policy, however in the unlikely event that any of our products are even proven to faulty or defective, you may return the goods for replacement.

Do not return goods withou first discussing with us the reasons and providing photo evidence of the product's faults

Any return much be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Any freight costs will be at the clients expense

We do not accept returns of concrete sleepers once dispatched

If at our own discretion we choose to accept a return, all returns will incur a 25% restocking fee for sleepers

Any sold as a decond carries no warranty

Seconds are sold as-is, with no warranty. Use is at the buyer's risk

No returns, refunds, or exchanges on seconds or clearance items.

However, Steel Posts may be returned

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.

All returns require proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Custome-cut or special-order steel posts are non-refundable.

All returns will incue a 25% restocking fee for sleepers.

CUSTOMER PICK UP Ts&Cs

Due to WHS regulations, loading Concrete Sleeoers onto cars, vans, stations wagons, etc., is prohibited, irrespective of the order's size or quantity. A vehicle suitable for carrying the order nust be used, otherwise pick up will not be permitted. Vehicle must be suitable for forklift loading or you may have to manually load the order at your own risk.
